baldomir-mayweather who hits harder?

Baldomir is the heavier puncher, Mayweather the sharper one. It's like a club compared to a rapier. Both can kill you, one through blunt crushing force and the other by impaling a vital area with a well timed counterthrust.

I would guess that Baldomir generates more total force in his punches however. Let them punch a hypothetical device that measures total force generated, and I think Baldomir scores significantly higher.

There are Devices for real which do this.. they mesaure PSI (Pressure per sqaure inch)..

PBF has a much better KO ratio then Baldy, but Baldy is the bigger man.

BTW none of us know who hits harder when it comes to boxers. 100% of time we all are guessing out of our butt-holes. But some us act like we're 100% sure that this guy hits harder then this other guy.

Power ONLY really starts to matter at the Higher weights.. Hitting accuarately, WHERE you hit.. How much of your body you get behind it, Your opponents forward momentum and IF he sees it coming are ffar more important.. Even a feather fist can score a KO if the circumstances are right.. IN the case of Mayweater and Baldomir.. I would suggest the Baldi has more natural Power.. But Floyd is the far better puncher and student of the game... so I would give the edge to PBF..

yeah I agree, Floyd is gifted with bringing out accurate punches with KO power, but I believe Baldi could withdstand that force, he's tough as nails.

yeah he is as tuff as nails but i would say that's not a good thing all the time. it's good when it's backed up by skill....... if your tuff your just looking for a long ass beating. i've seen it one too many times......i just hope it''s a good fight....we'll see if PBF has learned anything from the loss he should have had against HL castillio in thier first .......even though he did beat him in the rematch..... i think size playes a huge part in this fight..... if baldy goes to the body early and oftin this could be a long, long day for PBF. i think Floys needs to go to the body to gass him for the later rounds.... baldy face is indestructable!!!!!

I would have to say Baldomir is the stronger puncher just for being a natural welterweight. But you don't need one punch power to lay a guy out. Floyd hurts by the accumulation of punishment through combinations. When you get hit with multiple clean landing punches it's gonna wear you down and hurt you. I say Mayweather wil play it smart throught the first 4-5 rounds and start to pick Baldi apart with combinations.

i dont understand how some1 can hit as hard as baldy and still have only 13 KOs in about 58 fights.

i think floyd is the better puncher but baldy hits harder cuz of his size and strength.

Baldomir is slow as ****. He couldn't even drop Gatti until he had Arturo cornered on the ropes and even then it took a lot of punches. He's just a poor fighter in general with a great chin.
