Librado Andrade 1# WBC contender!

With experiance, a few more fights, do you think he'll have a good shot at defeating either of those guys?

What i liked about his fight with Grant -no easy opponet- is his power, and he has fast hands, and is very ackward, which looks like he'll give anybody hell.




I've heard these two have been tring to get together but it hasn't happened yet. Do you honestly belive it will happen? If so then they should fight each other in their next fight.

To me he is the real deal fast powerful and agressive he knows how to finish can he beat kessler or joe no although both would be great fight as andrade would force both men to trade.

I've seen the Soliman clip too and you'r absolutely right. Kessler does look crap in that sparring session. Part of the reason might be that this happened (this is fact - not a guess) shortly before the fight - After the original date had been cancelled. Kessler had had a slipped disk in his back and it reduced the amount of sparring he got ahead of the fight to next to nothing.

I'll check it out, Kessler can fight, im not doubting that.

Andrade sort of sucks, good power but skills are limited

he almost lost to Willie Stewart and had he not had the 3 knockdowns against Mendoza he would have either lost or drew with him, saw his fight with Grant recently...

Andrade brings nothing to the table except a undefeated record, which should be over when Kessler deals with him

Dont know if Parody would consider himself a Kessler fan. Don't think Kessler has a lot of fans in the UK.

That aside. I have doubts Calzaghe-Kessler will ever be made. I don't see any particular reason why Kessler-Andrade can't be made. I don't see Andrade as any better or worse than what Kessler could otherwise be expected to face next - outside of Calzaghe and perhaps Bute who i rate highly despite his youth.
If Andrade is still game. I think this is the most likely fight for Kessler to be made soon.

I don´t belive he would be the type of fighter who would give Kessler trouble.
If you don´t have the reach, you better dance and move when you fight Kessler. Not the right guy for the job - if anybody is.
