    who's next for Manfredo?

Manfredo I have to say was very impressive last night, his performance shows he's the real contender, and not that ***** Mora, who he clearly beat in the second fight. Anyway, now that Manfredo shut the big mouth of Spina, who's next for Manfredo? There's a rumor that he's fighting Roy Jones jr. in early 2007 on ESPN Pay-Per-View, but nothing offical. If this was to happen who do you would win? Since, Manfredo has training with Freddy Roach, he has a good chance, but it's highly unlikely that he could beat Jones. Him fighting Jones is kinda jumping the gun a bit, don't get me wrong, he's a good fighter and all, but I just don't think he's ready for a fighter like Jones. but, if that fight didn't happen, do you think he win the Super Middleweight title? He has a good, but once again, I'm not too sure, if he's a ready for that either. What do you think?

Jones could very well be his next opponent and Jones is not the fighter he used to be. Manfredo by UD.

I'd like to see him fight someone like Carl Froch or Lucian Bute to be honest. Both unbeaten fighters who aren't quite ready for the Calzaghes and Kesslers of this world. Both would want a bit of exposure in the states though, and Manfredo would be perfect for that.

its obviously gonna be jones jr at light-heavy which is all wrong for manfredo.
manfredo should stay at 168 and get ranked by a organisation or get a voluntry of kessler or calzaghe , hes next fight should be against lucian bute for sure

I'd like to see him in against Allen Green.

It seems that since he has been with Roach he has a lot more power. he did not have that type of power on the contender.

I'd pick Manfredo to beat Green.

But RJJ would destroy Manfredo, sorry to say.

Green would knock Manfredo out before the 6th round, it would look like Greens fight last night but on fast foward.

I doubt green can ko manfredo. I don't think green can land a clean shot at the very slick manfredo. I rather see manfredo fight green then manfredo fight jones.

Jones destroying manfredo? i doubt it. If jones wins it won't be 1 dominating i don't think.

Green was exposed a bit by McCrarry and might need that chin checked.

Manfredo can take a shot and is much better than people were expecting, coming out of the contender.

I don't see this fight happening anytime soon though, it would be to much risk for little reward for both fighters, they could make more money fighting other people at SM.
