we've seen Rocky, Raging Bull, The Champ, etc. but has anyone seen the Penitentiary movie series another great boxing movie in my mind, but highly underrated and unknown. I thought they were great movies, but the only thing i never understood about the first one was, if "Half Dead" is "Too Sweet's" worst enemy, then come they didn't have a boxing match in the first one when they should've, instead "Too Sweet" fights the same guy in fights in the second one, Jesse "The Bull" Amos, can anyone explain this? and What did you think of this great movie series?

I was always curious to see the Penitentiary movies, never saw any of them. They were movies I heard about but never seemed to be on late night cable when i was watching and I don't even know if they are on DVD. they should put those out in a boxed set like the Billy Jack movies.Comment
