      That was another kessler. I just saw the mundine fight again today, and you really could tell he was far from his best.

              I've watched the fight on German TV and even before the fight started it never looked like Beyer would believe he had a chance.

              Beyer boxed very cautious, his age has definitly cost him some speed, he never managed to get any serious counter-punches through. Kessler was the quicker, the taller and the stronger man. I was surprised that the KO came so early, but than again I felt like Beyer was really happy to have a good excuse to get out of their.

              It wasn't like he was knocked out cold. A left jab to the chin set him up for a straight right that caught him flush. Beyer went down hard but he could've easily gotten up at 5 if he wanted to. Instead he opted to let referee count him out and then stand up. I'm sure that Beyer had just seen enough.
