I wouldn't doubt Chico at WW but I just don't see how his chin stands up to that kind of power.
JLC knocked him out glassy-eyed at 135. Imagine what a clean shot from the harder hitting 147's would do. He'd probably be carried out on a stretcher.
But props to Chico, the man has balls if he's willing to test the shark infested waters.

Chico has a horrible chin and will be taken apart by any half decent puncher at welter.
