Yeah, and too bad Atlas can't talk him out of this again on Friday Night Fights on the air, since the show won't be back on until February.

I always remember him as the guy who got knocked out by George Foreman. He should stay retired now, Teddy Atlas himself has said so.

I dont like this decision. Moore could get hurt. This is why we need a comission, to stop stuff like this from happening. This man needs to be training new talent, doing commentary at fights, or promoting.

Tell me you didn't fall for that line of crap that they pulled off on FNF?? That **** was rehearsed.

                boo!

this is ****ty, moorer is way done and shouldn't fight, there is no way he is going to be able to be a player in the heavies, i don't care how weak the division is moorer doesn't have enough in the chin or the tank to make any kind of splash in the division. it's a terrible move.

all he's going to be is an opponent if he stays active as a fighter. it's times like these that a good fighter risks his career and health. when an older fighter has damage done it's usually at this point and time in their career. the later fights, the fights where they get hit more. unnecessary punishment. moorer ought to listen to Atlas any and every time he speak fighting again, teddy says no, he also says that there is nothing else for moorer to prove and he's right, he's not an attraction any more.

                it's a bad move mikey!

Moorer's still good enough to beat some of the heavyweights that are getting TV time. That's just the state of the division right now...

The problem is that in many instances, he doesn't show a desire to continue winning.

Maybe he should only fight like 8-rounders or something. But he'd still draw.

Hey Asian, rank the following active fighters:

Joe Mesi, Michael Moorer, Axel Schulz, Rid**** Bowe, Evander Holyfield, Vassiliy Jirov, Tommy Morrison
