You need to look at what you're hitting. There's no point to just falling into a rhythm and hitting the bag while looking away. The point of that bag is to work on your concentration in regards to your defense and offense. Believe me, you'll be a lot better if you can learn to concentrate for 3 full minutes of every round.

When im training, fareal... Yea i do that, But i also like to have fun.. this was recorded After practice was over... and I like messin around just gettin a feel of it without looking... For example, If you hittin the speed bag, and you got the rhythem down.... u can close ur eyes and hit it.. or like jordan shootin from the free throw line, with his eyes closed Lol.....

Trust, When i train fareal.. I go hard and concentrate, that vid was me "messin around" on the bag... jus havin fun

saying he had real skills is lunacy. the guy was naturally gifted with athleticism and this allowed him to get by without developing real boxing skills thats why once he started to slow down he got punked over and over again by chumps.
