          Emanuel Steward hinted that it was the Kickboxing career of Vitali, that his injuries orignally came from
          he didn't just hint to it, he did actually say something along the lines: a lot of people don't know that vitali's injuries were agitated injuries that he had back in his kickboxing career - and also mentioned that he suffered through some that he never let the media know about. - that's if i recall what steward had basically said.

          no matter what injuries he had, i think that his kickboxing training and kb competition had given him an extra edge in boxing.
