Honestly I'm surprised so many of you have HBO but not Showtime. HBO has the better fighters but never the better matchups. Showtime puts on way better fights than HBO the last 3-4 years. Hasn't even been close.

Showtime has put on the best 2 fights so far this year and also put on the fight of the year in 2005. Why you don't have Showtime at this point is beyond me.

I have to go with HBO (because Winky is the man) but the Showtime card is more interesting in some respects. I bet the showtime fights get more threads the following week.

I'll watch the HBO card first and watch the Showtime card right after. Tivo is a beautiful thing.

I will have to go with the Showtime card. It seems the fights on there are more interesting, especially Cotto/Quintana.

2 of my favorite fighters fighting on separate channels (cotto on showtime, quartey on hbo)...

you MUST go with the cotto card on showtime though. dude is always in a good fight and quintana will be his toughest foe yet. marg and clottey promises some fireworks too.

i feel like the hbo card will see lacy destroy his opponent early and the wright/quartey fight will see wright take a clear, somewhat boring decision (although i will still enjoy watching it).
