thankfully, i haven't ran into many of these types pf people.

about your discussion - speed and mass in themselves aren't the end all of what equals power. actually, there not even the only ingredients in power. being fast doesn't necessarily mean that you can hit hard. and neither would being bigger. i hope i'm not coming off like that person lol.

but, back to the "know-it-all", my advice would be simple: don't talk to this person much. believe it or not, my gym doesn't have one of those guys. thankfully!
