    Can anyone give Darchinyan trouble?

I don't follow the very low weight classes too much but I was watching this guy Darchinyan and I think he's pretty good. I seen his fight with Maldonado and the one from last night against Donaire.

I notice he mostly stands kind of flat footed but is strong.

Are there any fighters around his weight, besides the one everyone says Arce that can really give him trouble?

I think he could have some trouble with someone who won't stand right in front of him and who moves very well.

Anybody with good power b/c he leaves himself wide open for lots of shots and if he goes up against a very strong puncher he could get dropped. he does have a hell of a chin tho.

Darchinyan is a really good fighter but don't be fooled by his last two fights. Maldonado and Donaire CHOSE to fight Vic's fight. It's not like they Vic FORCED them to slug it out with him. Vic is one-dimentional and has poor defense but his granite chin and his handspeed are qualities that overcome his flaws.

Poster above says it right, put a disciplined slick boxer against Vic and he'll outbox him with ease. Arce has a chance to outbox Vic but I don't think he'll choose that route which makes the bout 50/50 IMO.

lol Vic is too one dimensional, he only looks good against an opponent who comes forward.

Vic is a powerful puncher, though clearly one dimensional.
I believe little Jorge Arce would be able to give him big trouble.

Arce, Parra, Wonjongkam and Vilora could all potentially beat him.

I don't get it, you don't follow the lower weight classes much though you have Ivan Calderon in your avatar? This is not a hate post either. Just curious why you do if you don't follow them. Eitherway, to answer your question. I'd say yeah Arce is the best shot. Ivan is slick, he could do it also. It's all about the weight classes now. These guys are jumping around and Vic says he'd even fight Rafael Marquez, he doesn't care. I see Vic moving up soon, at least to chase Arce down. We'll see what happens.
