I can make a bit of a seperation. If someone is an incredible fighter, then they deserve respect for that in the sport of boxing, no matter what they've done elsewhere in their life. But really, if you beat women, you're a worthless piece of ****, and I don't think people should ever forget that or put it out of their minds. I do believe in second chances though. If someone has done something like that, and they change their life to try to make ammends, then I can respect them.
How many boxers have been associated with beating women?

I think, unfortunately, it happens a lot in general. You just hear about it in sports because people in sports are public figures and their lives are scrutinized. There could be people on your street in court over domestic violence, but you'd never hear about it. My brother's ex was a psychologist and she worked in battered women's shelters for a while. She said there were a lot of wives of police officers that came in. You might think domestic abuse ended after the 1950s when women's lib became a big thing, but it hasn't.Comment
