This fight broke my heart back then. Tyson should not have fought after 2000. In 2000, he would crushed anybody in the division.

Tyson was a human punching bag in that fight, glad it helped you though, lol...yea, it was a bit shocking that Tyson could still take such shots that late in his career...when I watched the fight with a few friends one person mentioned that this fight will be over in 3 if Tyson continues to take such shots, but after the 3rd, Tyson was still standing and people started taking bets on how much longer he could take the punches. He was exhausted by the 3rd, pretty bad to see that since taking shots when you are fatigue is a *****.

... and they say Tyson had no heart. Nobody with no heart could have taken that kind of punishment. Nobody!

Even though he was taking a beating in that fight, I was impressed that Tyson stayed up as long as he did. I watched it on PPV live with friends and I remember we all had that grim fascination watching that fight.

He only did all that for one reason, to hype the fight. You could tell that Tyson never meant all the crazy things he said before the fight when you watch the post fight interview. Tyson is acutually respectful to his opponents after fights, whether he wins or loses. He complimented Lewis to the highest degree after the fight.

Why would you take joy in watching a 36 year old(past prime) Tyson get beat up? Tyson was way past his best at 36. For Tyson haters I would think Tyson vs. Douglass would be more thrilling considering Tyson was actually at the top of his game going into the fight. I hate watching washed up fighters get beat up, you know your watching them in as a shell of what they use to be.

because He was a 36 year old loudmouth(i'll eat your baby)washed up idiot talking out his ass. and amazingly the general public and younger cornponed posters on this site thought he had a chance.it was amazing .and satisfying seeing him fighting like a burnt out clubfighter.

So you believe that Mike Tyson meant what he said? Listen to the guy, alot of its an act for the camera. If you hear real interviews with Tyson, less high profile ones, hes not what people think he is.
