How could you POSSIBLY know if someone is a good trainer if you don't know boxing or them or see them in the gym to know the difference. You know Futch was good because you read it and hear it.... it is accepted as common knowledge... but for me, a guy that is not as well known......how could anybody say otherwise if they don't know me, don't see me in the gym, etc etc. My track record is good enough so far. The thing about good trainers is that the average person when asked will only name the big names... it's funny to me because people are like parrots.. I know some very good trainers, VERY knowledgable trainers, that you probaly never heard of...who are just as good or better than anybody in the world right now yet they get no consideration because for different reasons theyare not written about. Trust me, the power of the promoter of certain fighters goes a long way in many cases of a trainer getting or not getting credit

Great post. I have heard of you and remember seeing a picture of you playing some video game with James Toney from the Ring.

Mike McCallum is the ****. He was a strong guy, very durable. He could counter punch and took a hell of a shot. His body work is incredible, he could really break a guy down. The one shot he landed on Curry was crazy. Curry stepped back with his hands down and lights out.

Well everyone has a right to an opinion regardless of wheather they have participated or not, but Runwithknives seems like one of these guys who acts the toughman on the internet, which is a bit silly. Disscussions would be a lot more productive if people were themselves.

I wouldn't meet many people on here in person, since most are about 10 yrs younger. Dateline might be there when I show up. I would get together and watch fights with some if I could.

Anyone who describes themself online without showing a picture is usually lying. RWK's probably fat and bald and works at McDonald's changing the french fry oil.
