Oh too bad Im afraid we may never see the Tiger again
too bad indeed
Nah, he's not done. The problem right now is that although Jirov was the best known active cruiserweight for a few years, right now he's an underpublicized heavyweight. Furthermore, he's no pushover, after all he nearly upset HBO's cash-cow hopeful. Of course, Kery Davis loves him, but putting him on a card doesn't guarantee any more viewers. The best thing to do would be to get a few heavyweight wins against decent comp, fan favorite type of guys, and then try to get the Toney rematch. If he can get Barrett or Beck in the ring after November sixth, that would be cool too. Rahman would be good too. Also, at the moment a decent win against an average heavyweight could get him a title shot.
Tommy was a good heavy, a ricardo mayorga version of a heavy,
best wins
ruddock
foreman
thomas
hipp
He never really beat the holyfield, bowe, lewis, tyson, moorer,
but the foreman win is very good
-tommy could have used an steward or atlas
Joe hipp was a big fat fighter that somehow
got into the top 10 rankings about 10 years
ago.He wasn't any good then and i can only dread
to think what he would be like now.
