Valero may prove to be. He has been taking out people with single shots...and pretty early all of the time, too, save one: Mosquera. And, even Mosquera fell twice in the very first round.

Mosquera of course KD'd Valero too (in the 3rd) making his chin suspect in the eyes of many. But chin and power are two distinct facets of fighters.

Here's hoping the Venezuelan rachets up the quality of his opposition soon (he may have to do so given that he has to defend his title) so that we can know with a higher degree of assurance that he does (or doesn't) have the type of power that awesome wins at the lower levels indicate.

On top of that hope are two others: he soon gets licensed in the US and have his fights on TV.

I think a common answer should be Edwin Valero if you just using common sense. 20 wins, 20 KOs, that's 100% KO. Though when we go into the more technical level and elite. I'd say, Diego, KT, Darchinyan, and Rocky Juarez. They can end a fight they are losing with 1 punch. Whether they land it or not is another story cough*Juarez*cough. Reason I didn't say Manny or Cotto is because they haven't KOed anyone cold in awhile. They beat you down until you basically submit via TKO.

same with me, Diego Corrales, Pac, Darchinyan, well I've never seen Valero fights but I read lots of reviews about him being a power puncher.
