    Women's Boxing

I know very little about women's boxing, and I would like to find out some more about it. I've seen a couple Regina Halmich fights, and she fights like a robot or something. That's pretty much where my knowledge of women's boxing ends.

Does anybody here follow women's boxing?

Leila Ali and Cristy Martin are the biggest names.

and even though they fight on different weight categories, the promoters we're able to make this fight happen.

I only know a little about women's boxing.Mainly local fighters! There is this young fighter from Rhode Island named Missy Fiorentino. She's faced some pretty good compeition and only lost once in a close fight in Japan I beleive.Think a female version of Micky Ward.Kinda of looks like him too

google for Elena Reid pictures so you can find out what makes women boxing special.

Their rules and regulations differ. Championship fights are 10 rounds, 2 minutes each.

Elena Reid is one of the few who doesn't look like a truck driver. Too bad she doesn't get more televised fights, I only saw, maybe two fights with her in the last four years or so.
