Somethin like...

Young boy walks into parents bedroom finds mom jumpin up and down on top of dad.
Next day, boy asks his mom "mom, what were you and daddy doin last nite?"
mom says "oh, well, you see, daddys stomach has gotten too big, so I jump on top of it to make him thinner again"

boy replies..
"ahh, mom, dont even waste your time, soon as you leave for work, the neighbors wife comes over and blows him right back up again."
