skelton was offered a fight with Maskeav but turned it down cos the money wasnt good enough, so he is fighting audley instead, i cant belive he would turn down a title fight, he is old now and that could have been the only chance he had.

I'll tell you a story... this was touted once a long, long time ago and they got something like 20 boxing writers/boxers/inside men to predict the winner in Boxing News.

Something like 15 had Audley to win because of his technical abilities. Very few thought Skelton would make it.

If they did that poll again, what would the outcome be today?

I would say that Audley must know what he's doing if he's taking the match, but I used that logic for the Danny Williams fight and he just **** his pants all night, so...

Though Skelton doesn't have one-punch KO power, despite his high KO %.

I see it going the same way as Williams vs Harrision, but you never know, if Harrision gets his act together, and uses the skills he has, it's not impossible, that he could win a decision against the limited Skelton.

Naw skelton isnt old. Hes 39 but as they say some fighters are old in their 20s and young in their 30s... Skelton is young in his 30's because he has not had a long boxing career and he hasnt taken a ****load of punches to the head throughout his career like most 39 year old boxers have.
