This isnt a joke thread . It is generally believed that mike tyson has the iq of a goldfish but anyone who has interviewed him will attest to the fact that tyson is far more intelligent than the dim witted imbecile that is perpetuated by the media.

160's not impossible for Mike. Remember, just because a person has a high IQ, it doesn't mean you are a rocket scientist, it means you have the potential to be a rocket scientist, if you apply yourself. Odds are Mike would have had no interest in such a pursuit, due to his environmental surroundings as a child, which formed his personality and psychological deficiencies.

Mike was far smarter than he let on. The "thug-act" was more or less an invention to sell tickets, like Ali's early "in-ring" or "boxing persona"...that's not who he was in real life. He put on that display of arrogance and bravado to sell tickets. Mike did the same thing; but in a different manor. People looked at him and his background and his irrational actions while he was in the midst of the Robin Givens fiasco and drew their conclusions, to say nothing of what people thought of him after his **** conviction.

I submit, that Mike knew how people thought of him, and played up to it to sell tickets.....which is anything but borderline ******ed.

Eubank claims an IQ of 190, and always claimed that Tyson was very intelligent (and he knew him on a level that very few did - spoke with him in '84 at amateur shows in NY (ie pre-fame) and was the only boxing person apart from King and Fenech to visit him in jail, doing so 12 times).

I didn't know, i've just heard of Czyz. Vitali Klitschko has a PHD, but whether or not he has a MENSA level IQ, i don't know.

Piper's IQ was measured at 150-something when he turned pro, he was suppose to have the highest IQ in sport or something.
