I think the thread starter is asking who had the most unique & effective style. People are saying Augustus when he almost has a .500 record.

Ken Norton's crab like style is fairly unique.

I like James Toney's "curl up into a ball" style, and it has been quite effective throughout his career.

Herol 'Bomber' Graham created the template for Naseem Hamed, Johnny Nelson, Ryan Rhodes, Junior Witter and so on at Wincobank.

Chris Eubank had a style all of his own, though he changed his style abit as he went on. Watching Eubank in, say, in his first five fights on UK soil is very, very strange the way he fought - he once said he had to change the style because the crowd just laughed at him! The best way I can describe his early style is of a mantis-like, crab-like style, he fought out of a crouch ready to pounce with very strange positionings of his arms and elbows and difficult stances. It just looked weird, even his face looked weird as he was doing it.. swaying his head abit.. and he kind of threw these multiple jabs at an angle. Just strange.

Why do you think Steve Collins would of beaten Roy Jones, but Ricky Hatton wouldn't beat Floyd Mayweather?

I think Collins would have given Roy a run for his money if he had ran at Roy the way he did in Eubank 2...But I know that Floyd would smoke HAtton easy...
