Cus D'Amato sparring with Muhammad Ali?

ESPN showed it on ESPN classics on a show called "Duke it Out"...it was Ali and D'amato talking about the possible fight with Frazier, amongst other things.
Ali was like "How you going to stop me Cus, I move to fast, I move to fast for Frazier"...then D'amato bobs and weaves and shows Ali how he can be stopped in his tracks, Ali is a bit stumped and says to Cus, "Frazier doesn't move that fast"...D'amato says, "If I can move this fast, Frazier can move this fast"....D'amato also believed Patterson had a chance at beating Ali, but a healthy version, not the one that was suffering from a back injury. -

I was only repeating what Cus said...he did look fast for an old guy...Tyson could do it though
I actually think Ali is right, Frazier doesn't move that fast with his feet...Frazier wasn't a fighter that sprints to his target like a Tyson...notice the use of the jab, that's a key punchComment

Cus did look pretty impressive considering his age lolI was only repeating what Cus said...he did look fast for an old guy...Tyson could do it though

But Ali wasn't moving like he did before his exile either.
Did Cus land a jab or did Ali just pull away when he walked off?Comment

Hard to tell from the camera angle.
If I was Ali, I don't think I would want any film footage of me sparring with some old guy. It is a no win situation. And the last thing Ali needs is somebody revealling the flaws in his style. Imagine how much better Joe Frazier's technique would have been if Cus D'Amato had been training with him!Comment

Ali walked away cause Cus D'amato hit Ali in the lip, seconds later you hear Cus say, "did i hit, did i hit you?" then also comes back with his hands behind his back looking into the camera just frowning as if he is mad.Comment
