My Top 5 Exciting Boxers this year

Erik Morales - my favorite Mexican Boxer today, though he had 3 straight losses still packs excitement on the ring.

Floyd Mayweather - though ****y, but he was one of the most talented fighter and # 1 P4P.

Manny Pacquiao - Filipino bomber, rarely in a boring fight.

Jorge Arce - incredible power for a little man, fans love him and he loves them back.

Ricky Hatton - humble, but terrible inside the ring.

    tell me yours....

Well, if You're naming "Favorites" as opposed to "Most Exciting" then I could possibly agree with your inclusion of the Hitman. However, if you saw his last fight and jumped out of your chair....I'd be perplexed.

Here's my list for the most exciting fighters of the year:

    Lamon Brewster
    Sergei Liakahovic
    Mayal Monshipour
    Somsak Sathchatchawal
    Jorge Arce

They're relatively self explainatory. The first four engaged in the two best fights of the year......and the fifth is just exciting.

Good list!I just have to disagree with the Hatton choice. His recent fights with Tsyzu,Maussa, and Collazo have been unbearable IMO.Any of his fights before those three, now that's a different story.

          My list
1.Jorge Barrios-Exciting face first brawler! His recent fight with Guzman was one of the best this year IMO.
2.Jorge Arce-Has there ever been a Jorge who wasn't exciting?
3.Noberto Bravo-I thought I would throw a contender fighter in the mix.His fight with Perez was great,as was last nights fight with K-9.He reminds me of a poor man's Marvin Hagler.
4.Israel Vazquez-Great fight and great win over Larios.Inspirational late round TKO over Gonzalez.
5.Carlos Baldomir-Exciting fight with Gatti.Decent underdog win over Zab.
6.Robert Guerrero-Great fights with Diaz and Aiken this year.

            Joe Calzaghe (vs Lacy)
            Joan Guzman (vs Barrios)
            Carlos Baldomir (vs Gatti)
Amir Khan (It's always exciting to see how quick he can KO his opponent, even though he's not a favourite of mine)
            Oscar Delahoya (vs Mayorga)
