But I think you guys keep trying to find new MW champs every five minutes. I'm not pointing any fingers, but I've seen the same posters claim Miranda, Ikeke, Abraham, and even Soliman as the heir apparents.

I think this has gone too far, because slap me if I'm wrong: Are any of those guys anywhere near Jermaine Taylor's level as a fighter?
We will see who is on whose level when there are some unifications goin on.

I think Abraham is very well on JTs level, and he could beat him too.

No offense, but for all intensive purposes, Jermain Taylor is the unified Middleweight Champion of the world.

BS politics removed that strap. It's rightfull place is with Taylor.

He's the universal top dog at 160 and there's no dis*****g that.

I get your point, but a fight with Abraham would still be a unification bout and give him that last belt he needs. This time im sure he will hang on to it better IF he can get his hands on it.

I really doubt it. It would only be matter of time before one of the BS ABC belts decided to put him in an outrageous situation or have him stripped.

that's why the IBF Middleweight title is currently meaningless.

When the sanctioning bodies strip a Champion like Taylor, thier belts lose all meaning.

No one in their right mind recognizes any true Champion at 160 other than Taylor.

true, but it would add alot more meaning and excitement to a Taylor -vs- Abraham fight.

Id luv for this to be in VEGAS. We would have thousands of Armenians there, would be an incredible atmosphere.

For now, just hope Arthur heals well, then we can worry about who is next.

I do believe he is the best fight for JT out there as well, with all the recognition he gained from the Miranda fight, and the fans Abraham won with his lionheart, it would make for one BIG exciting fight.

Yes I'd love to see Abraham Taylor in Vegas. I think it would be a great match up.

I just don't think Abraham's IBF title that really belongs to Taylor adds any excitement.

Anytime there's a division with a lost title from a clearly unified champ, I don't give it any significance whatsoever.

A bit early to tell, I'd like to see some more of Abraham. From what I've seen he has the potential to stop Taylor late as his power stacks up pretty well to Hopkins', and Nard had Taylor going at the end of the first fight.

Taylor was reasonably effective against Winky's defence, even though I had him losing the fight, so I've gone with Taylor by UD at this point.

I doubt Abraham could even beat Winky Wright. Taylor by bloody UD or merciful TKO.
