Any questions for John Duddy, Yori Boy Campas?

I'm going to be attending their fight and want to know if there is anyone who has something they want me to ask either of them.

Why is Duddy fighting Campas like it will prove anything at all?

Ask Campas who was his ring idol. And how many amature fights did he have.

LOL, it's going to be tough with him cuz he doesn't speak english. He's a very nice guy, I mean just genuinely humble down to Earth. When I saw him at a show the other day in Paterson, he was sitting in the back on a basketball team bench with his hands in his Yankees jacket looking more like a patron coming to see a fight or a father whose son had gone running off somewhere in the gym. Mad people were shocked when he went into the ring and people were clapping who didn't even know who he was 5 mins earlier.

He's a very nice guy, I tried my best high school Spanish II to say how much I appreciated his fights and how I wished him luck against Duddy, but I just sounded like Brad Pitt in "The Mexican"

I could see that happening, Campas does seem like a humble guy.

Actually, can you confirm who Julio Cesar Garcia is fighting on the undercard? If he is fighting Gil Reyes, let Gil know that Isaac from KO Boxing club sends his regards and wishes him the best.

As far as Duddy and Campas, how has Campas been training for Duddy's power?

Campas was a badass back in the day. He dropped Tito with a beautiful left hook that traveled no further than a foot. Shortest punch I've seen score a knockdown in contemporary times. He was also tough as hell to hurt, he was on the receiving end of some serious Trinidad punches towards the end of that fight. Very courageous effort by Yori Boy.

I would like to know if he remembers throwing that hook and if it was the best punch he landed in his career. It was a beautiful, beautiful punch. If you could find a way to ask him that, it would be appreciated.

I would be very surprised if Duddy KO's Yori Boy or even puts him down for that matter. I saw him fight in Boston against Julio Jean (7-6-1) who had been stopped twice previously, and I don't recall him ever having Jean in serious trouble despite landing some good punches on him. I think Duddy's power is a bit overrated and Yori has a first rate chin. Duddy is a good combination puncher though.

I believe so. Garcia is a fighter that I'm very interested in seeing myself. I've heard some really great stuff about him, I wanna know if its hype or something to write about.

Ask John Duddy how he feels about being from Ireland and coming here to the USA to help build his name and career. Ask him if other europeans should take this route.
