It looks like I'm going to have to download the two best fights of the year because they both happened oversea (The Somsak fight was in France). This fight had fight of the year written all over it, I just want to see if it lived up to expectations. This stuff sounds like it was great.

Honeslty, i dont care about points man. All I want is for everyone to see and admit what a warrior ARTHUR is, true KING ARTHUR, and how he showed heart and courage to give Miranda his FIRST LOSS.

Did you see the fight? I did. The headbutt had NOTHING to do with the broken jaw. The referee even said so. It was broken, and his mouth was open and gushing blood in the round before the headbutt.

Miranda was a dirty fighter, and definitely should have been disqualified, after having FIVE (!) points deducted in FOUR (!) warnings!!

Well, he didn't... Also, Abraham should have been stopped 10 times during the fight for turning his back, not throwing punches back while trapped on the ropes etc.

I also had Miranda winning the fight comfortably, even with the FIVE (!) points deducted. Abraham simply didn't do anything to win rounds. The first round I had even. The only round where Abraham boxed for more than 30 seconds of the round was the 4th, so I gave that one to him. The rest was all swiped by Miranda, for effective aggression, as much as for Abraham's unwillingness/inability to throw more than 20 punches per round. Running and holding does NOT win you rounds, even if your jaw is broken.

This was a German affair of the WORST kind. It made Ottke's fights look fair an unbiased.

Yes, Miranda eventually fouled enough to be disqualified, but he should have had a TKO long before that. And since the fight went the distance there's NO WAY Abraham took the points win. It doesn't matter that the other guy gets points deducted, when you can win more than ONE round out of 12.

I'm sure happy that Kessler isn't fighting Beyer in Germany!!!

Abraham tried NOT to fight, the whole fight. This is boxing, the guy walking forward, throwing punches wins. Except in Ottke-land.

Oh, and try to take it less personally when someone has a different opinion than you.

Quite the fight from what I have read.I am DLing it right now I have to watch it for myself because I have heard so many different things.I can't believe Abraham fought so long with his jaw as bad as it sounded and am disappointed to hear about the dirty fighting Miranda was doing.......
