I don't know what is worse, his record, or the fact that his World rank is 424/469...who the hell are the other guys that can't get ranked higher

I was thinking the same thing. I'd like to look at those dude's records to kill the boredom I have right now.

Clicked the link and found a name: ERIK CRUMBLE.

The Milawakee native has lost 31 of 32 fights since his debut in 1990, including one to Donnie Penelton. His long streak was broken only by Rick Lanas.

Did Crumble win? Sorry. The Lanas fight ended in a No Contest in the first round.

In 2003, it finally dawned on Crumble that his career prospects were, ehem, not all that bright. After 13 years, he packed it in, and has not been reported to have fought since.

He was stopped in the first in twenty-one of his 32 outings and never went beyond the second round. Yup, that's the way that cookie crumbled...

Crumble now belongs to an exclusive club: he has the distinction of being one of only 13 victims (to date) of Penelton in the latter's 182-fight career. And, the distinction even gets clearer if one considers that Crumble is one of only five opponents who have been stopped by Penelton.

Crumble and Penelton were managed and trained by Stan Johnson, whose only active fighter under contract is...Penelton.

As for Lanas, he won one more fight, then, thought better about pursuing a boxing career and retired in 1995 with a record of 2 (0)-0-1 NC. It cannot be safely said that Crumble had anything to do with Lanas' retirement.
