They were suppossed to fight in 04 at a catch weight between cruiserweight and light heavyweight. Those two egos could not agree on money so Toney moved up to heavyweight and fought Holyfield.

Maybe now that his financial future is in a much better state than it was 5 years ago, maybe Hopkins would be easier to deal with in terms of splitting purses.

I think Hopkins would beat Toney, and I don't think the fight would ever happen.

Hopkins would bear hug Toney through out the fight, while Toney yells to Hopkins, "fight me *****, fight me bithc!"

B-Hop at HW. Why?? a good catch weight like the fight they almost had would be somthing to see, but B-hop don't belong up past 200. That, to me wouldn't even be fighting a true Hopkins. It could very easily go Toney's way quickly. Now if Toney could get his fat ass in shape and fight somewhere near light heavyweight again. Hell yeah that could be the fight of the decade. For sure the one of the year it happened

The difference being of course.. B-Hop would be an in SHAPE heavy weight.. and Toney.. well lets just say.. You dont want to be behind him in the Buffet line..
