In the heavier division, some fighters have a hard time losing that weight. Since EM is in the lighter weight, can he make the weight limit?
Making the weight limit is not an issue. With two more months before the fight I'm confident Erik will make it. He could make the weight in just two weeks if he and his team wanted to, but they're doing it gradually reason why there's a slow progress.
The real issue is how it's gonna affect Erik. Even if the weight loss is done gradually, it is still unhealthy to push your body weight way below the normal.Comment

I feel confident Morales will make the weight. He knows already the bs Castillo got for his weight issue and how furious Arum got. I'm sure he won't let Arum or his fans down. My concern although not so much Morales' concern, is that he says he just needs to make weight by Nov. 18th, that's it and he wins. So he's going to be concentrating on making weight rather than training to fight against Manny. While in the 1st fight, his gameplan worked perfectly and he was in tip top shape, that was such a wreckless Manny, he better not believe deep inside that, that was the same Manny in the 2nd fight. Manny has improved greatly since that fight and is a shadow of that. Morales won't win if he can't prepare against Manny's new right handed tricks. Eitherway, I don't see anyone that can beat a 100% focused Manny. He puts on such painful performances when he's 100%, you really do think he's invinicible.Comment
