This thing just hit me and I don't mind being called someone who'd just come down from outer space, but is there anyone who knows what happened to that WBC application for bankruptcy sometime in June? That was, if memory serves, following a court decision awarding Rogacciani $31M? Why is WBC still doing bizniz as usual? Was that settled out of court? Did WBC appeal? What?

Rogacciani agreed to an out of court settlement bro, read that article at *********. Prior to this, there were press releases by WBC champions expressing "sadness", they "wanted to remain as champs" sort of thing...y'know to soften up Roga and tickle his conscience. So now, they're back in bizniz buddy.

Yeah right that's an OUT of COURT settlement . . . and that reminds me why WBC is all screwed up now trying to collect all the money they can. That 31 milliom will have to be paid by WBC in an specified number of years . . . if my memory serves me right I think it's got to be paid within 5 to 8 years . . . I not sure about this.
