Toney: "I ain't done, the fun has just begun"

    JAMES_TONEY: What's good everybody!

tyson601: toney who u pick klitschko vs brewster 2

JAMES_TONEY: I'd still pick Brewster, because he is a better technician.

JAMES_TONEY: Klitschko has no heart and balls
JAMES_TONEY: just like the rest of his family they're balless
drh: In your previous 2 fights with rahman and peters, you connected flush on many occasions, backed them up and discouraged them, yet they didn't appeared to be in danger of a KO.

JAMES_TONEY: If you look at the fight again, when I did hit on the chin they blinked and backed up. They know they were looking at the best fighter they ever fought. Rahman got a gift and Samuel Peter wanted to quit

JAMES_TONEY: but his corner kept him in there, all they told him to do was stay on his feet so what does that tell you right there?

JAMES_TONEY: Hell naw, because he got no balls. He knows what happened the first time, I whooppd his ass and got a gift him and all those ***got ass people around him don't want this.
JAMES_TONEY: They want to take the easy way out.
maximyk: james, you have been my dog for 13 years..i'll tell my kids and grandkids about you.I'm Gladiator on your ******* account. Check your ******* mail. i'm an artist in miami and painted some killer art for ya'.Remember James"Gladiator".Your my dog!

JAMES_TONEY: Thanks very much, keep on being my dawg and I'm going to keep on making you proud. M.I.A
Lil_Luis_: Mad admiration for you James youre the craftiest Heavy Weight and maybe from all the divisions .Putting opponents to shame but the only thing i think you should improve is your power especially on your looping right hand .Your oppinion on that.

JAMES_TONEY: You're right, but it's not about the power, it's about where I hit these guys and bust them up.

JAMES_TONEY: When my weight comes down to where it should be and where it is respectable, which is like 210-220, just ask Holyfield if I can hit.

Bazooka: Why did you turn down a 60/40 split to face Vitali Klitschko? I was told this by your trainer just before you took your fight with Ruiz. was there any reason you didnt want to face Vitali at that time? 60-40 is alot of money to just turn down.

JAMES_TONEY: They were trying to offer me 60-40 before we split anything and it wasn't no money

JAMES_TONEY: If I'm fighting for THE heavyweight championship of the world it should have been for super money.
JAMES_TONEY: I make what they were offering for ten roudners.
boogie: James your my 2nd favorite of ALL TIME only behind Holyfield. At what point did your style become so natural in the ring? It seems like you dont even have to think in the ring, you just react and school these dudes off natural instinct. You the realest JT!

KayBOXING: No doubt, no doubt...The king of the heavies is James "Lights Out"...taking them all to school. Putting on a boxing clinic for all them fools...Bringing the killer skills into the ring, yo James, keep on doing your thing! U won that fight against Peter!

JAMES_TONEY: Before I gought Williams he made me think, I had to go twenty rounds with him and he made me think and slow it down. I learned my craft by studying the Ezzard Charles and Archie Moore's

Titlebelt: James, Welcome back to **********. Do you plan on taking any tune-up bouts, before jumping back in with the elite of the Heavyweight division?

JAMES_TONEY: Thanks for that, I ain't going nowhere and they're going to have to kill me to get rid of me because I ain't leaving unless it's on my terms...

JAMES_TONEY: I'm the kind of fighter who wants to fight the best.

JAMES_TONEY: I want to fight on Thanksgiving in Detroit and we're going to try to make a

JAMES_TONEY: I want to fight the best and I want to fight again before the ene of the year...against anybody it doesn't matter.

Smelodies: Do you agree that Joe Louis, Alexis Arguello, and Felix Trinidad shared an identical style? Also, do you appreciate Merchants ballbusting, or think he gets in a good crack now and again?

JAMES_TONEY: Those are some great fighters, the only thing is Trinidad didn't have the chin they did but other than that I would have to say yes.

PIMP4HOES: James I train over at Wild Card and had the pleasure of meeting and taking pictures with you before the Rahman fight. Most people think that your unapproachable but I'm here to say that your a real person and I wish you the best. Respect big homey..

JAMES_TONEY: Larry Merchant is a piece of ****, just like Jim Lampley none of them know **** about boxing, if they got into a fight they'd probably faint.

JAMES_TONEY: Thank you very much, come on down there and see me anytime. I'm there all the time and I'm easy to approach. Despite what people say I love people.

klitschko2006: James u clearly beat peter in every way props for that. I fu ever fight Klitschko how do u see yourself in this fight, and do u think u can u can beat him, cause I think outta all the hw's he is the best and posses the most problems for u and other hw's

JAMES_TONEY: He ain't no problem for me. YOu see how Sam Peter gave him all sorts of trouble and you saw what I did to Samuel Peter.

JAMES_TONEY: He's got no heart and balls and he's scared.
JAMES_TONEY: That's why they made me that bull**** offer, but whenever they're ready I'm going to destroy they're whole family and the rest of these European bums I promise you that. thomas: james..hi...bernard hopkins is considering coming up to heavyweight to fight...what are your thoughts on that...I myself would love to see you and bernard fight at heavy
JAMES_TONEY: Bernard is a great fighter, a great middleweight and great light heavyweight. He signs to fight me though friendship goes out the window and he goes to sleep like he would have if he fought me three years ago.
Rogers_Matgwa: Hey James you beat Peter and since you cant get a title shot right now, would you fight on the best damn sports show period again since there are no availible dates left this year on HBO and SHOWtime?(who cares about the trinkets your the champ)

JAMES_TONEY: They pay me well so I won't complain about that. If that's what I have to do to stay busy, yes I will.
JAMES_TONEY: I am the peoples champ and I want to fight as often as possible.

JAMES_TONEY: I would fight in other countries or wherever.

Bryan_AKA_SUPERMAN: Hey wuts good James? Welcome back. that was some funny **** with that one reporter who kept crashing your camp to interview u and you threatened to kick him out urself. LOL Any plans at the moment? RE with Peter, or wait for the winner of Peter/Maskaev?

JAMES_TONEY: If they want to see me fight all they have to do is pay me and I'll be there.

JAMES_TONEY: Ain't going to be no Peter-Maskaev. if Peter doesn't fight me again I'm going to block him any way I can, if not I'm going to keep on fighting the best opposition out there.
JAMES_TONEY: To be honest I really don't care about belts, I like my role as teh people's champion.
perry1979: JT...I've been watching you fight since I was 14 years old. I amazed by your defense. How do you plan to lose weight? Think you'll hire a special fitness trainer like Hopkins did?

JAMES_TONEY: No doubt and we're in the process of looking for one right now. I might use Mackie Shilstone or I might use another guy we're talking to

JAMES_TONEY: But everything will be in place within the next week or so.

****on7777: james, i reckon youve got a defense second to none, best to watch, but if you watched the fight with peter a couple of times you got caught with shots you never used to,how do you rate your peformance?

JAMES_TONEY: I give myself a B+, he hit me on the back of the head. When he hit me on the chin I smiled at him and he looked at me like oh ****, what do I do now.

JAMES_TONEY: I have to make some changes to my training and I will make the necessary adjustments for my next fight I promise you.

Michigan_Assassin: Can I get your thoughts on Liahovik? How does he rank with the other belt holders?
JAMES_TONEY: He's a piece of ****. He got lucky against Lamon Brewster and he won't hold the title long.

JAMES_TONEY: He's a piece of **** who might lose to Shannon Briggs.

they_hatin: Do you think thet keep giving you the shaft cuz you wont play mr nice guy with them. do u think that whole **** u attitude has been the cause of these last two bull**** decisions?

JAMES_TONEY: Without a doubt, but I'm not going to change, sell out or be anything but James Toney.

JAMES_TONEY: I'm going to keep being James Toney, knock these fools out and damn near kill them.

I could see Toney beating Oleg or Peter in a rematch if he loses weight. Toney at 220 or under is trouble, hell he was trouble overweight at 233. Even an out of shape Toney is a tough fight.

what trouble. Klitschko would whoop his ass cause he (Toney) like Cris Byrd at HW...no power.

Laykovich will destroy Shannon and would **** up Toney's fat body with his unorthodox body attack.

          Peter would win again

Hell, all James Toney got is **** talking left. Its pretty pathetic actually... I bet he fights a bum or two next and then retires. He too old, too fat, too dumb to change this late in the game.

The big fat, old dumb guy as you call him was doing very well against one of the top real heavyweights in boxing. Actually many people believe he won...

I'd have to agree that he's the people's champ, I had him winning the Rahman fight by 1 point, & I still haven't gone back & scored the Peters fight, but I'd say he won that one by about 3 points. As long as he keeps making natural HW look like **** against a blown up, fat MW then i'm good, & If he intends to get back in shape then he'll make'em look even worst.

Byrd lost that fight cause he came in with the wrong gameplan, you can't bully the bigger man, Toney would beat most HW titlist, & he'd give Vlad a hard fight, on the inside Toney would own him.

Both fights could have went his way. I would call him a fool if was talking like that and he had lost both his fights by knockout or he just looked terrible.
