    Juarez is overrated

    From his own mouth:

“He said he gave me a boxing lesson,’’ Juarez said. “He gave me this eye (the right one swollen shut) with a good uppercut. But I didn’t see how he gave me a boxing lesson. I came to fight. He didn’t.’’

Juarez is not only overrated he is obviously in the wrong sport. Stick and move is a legitimate boxing style and Juarez knew or should have known that Barrera was not going be ****** enough to get into a slugging match. Not only did Juarez fail to learn how to cut-off the ring and take the fight to his opponent, he failed to appreciate the need to learn it!

Juarez is far from being overrated IMO. He is just not ready for the bright lights at the moment. Give him a good trainer and a couple of more years to improve.

Juarez has the tools to be successful but he needs someone to show him how to use them. I think it's more mental than physical, is what's lacking with Juarez.

How hard is it for a man named "Rocky" to want to fight like "Rocky"?
You don't need a trainer to watch the way Rocky Marciano and even Rocky Graziano fought...its called "Move your ****ing Ass, and go for the kill"...maybe he needs some Italian blood

Yeah! After the first eight or nine rounds he had to know he was losing. What other choice did he have but to go all out for the KO? If you want the win you have to do what it takes to get it. Apparently Juarez just doesn't want it bad enough.

It's kind of hard when your opponent is running and holding on to your arms. Barrera didn't want any part of a fight last night.

The only time he looked like he really wanted to fight was when the final bell rung and he went after Juarez when Juarez' back was turned. I don't know about you but that was a ***** move by Barrera after running for the entire 12th round.

Last time I checked Rocky was born with two working legs, USE THEM.

It would of been funny if Rocky stood at the center of the ring and waived Marco in, while yelling "I came to fight a Mexican, but all I see is a Cuckaracha"
Juarez actually did stand in the middle of the ring and told Barrera to fight but instead Barrera took about 3 steps in the opposite direction.

Juarez does have two working legs but what was he supposed to do run from Barrera. If he did that then they would of been on opposite sides of the ring.

                  Run towards him...

It is a pain of the ass when somebody will not fight you toe to toe, especially when you are supposed to represent the "Mexican" way.

This is boxing though, you have to figure something out

Then we would of had a game of tag which probably be more entertaining actually. So maybe you are right.
