i wasn't impressed by Barrera AT ALL.
            alrite, he outboxed juarez, period.
could he damage juarez at all? HELL NO.
jab move jab move thats what he did all night long.

            and..as for juarez, he'll never be a long-reigning champion
like i said, he's a small version of david tua.
reluctant to let his hands go, can't deal with good jobs,
he was just outclassed in the boxing department.

I mean Barrera is old enough to be this kids dad and has more instinct and life in his step..

Juarez needs a new trainer and a new Motivation..
You know what, sir? I think you do have a point...but it has nothing to do with the trainer. You are right...Juarez may be a little bit too left hook happy, but that's his style. Primitive? Maybe. but I don't buy it. You may think Juarez doesn't seem desperate or motivated enough...but that's just false. Juarez is skilled...throws short, economical punches on the inside...that's his style. He just came across an old school fighter who has seen it all. It's a clish clash of styles which I thoguht would favour Juarez, but I was wrong. Juarez is just simply not good enough.

I was more impressed with MAB in this fight than the last. I had him winning the last fight, but not as widely. He knew he couldn't stand toe to toe, so he gave a boxing lesson. The point of bxing is to win. He gave Juarez as big a boxing lesson as Wright gave Tito. While tey aren't the most exciting fights to watch, they are valid wins by champions doing what they needed to win.

What I want is mandatory drug testing for judges. How anyone could have scored that fight 115-113 I will never understand.

there is not question about who the better boxer is.
i do agree with you somewhat,
but still, barrera wasn't very impressive in my eyes..

he'll have more difficulties when he fights someone who'll TAKE IT TO HIM...i hate to "nut-hug" but i still think pac would give him a lot of trouble (not sayin he'll beat barrera in the rematch).
