I just watched that fight again and I don't know if ya'll remember but Rd. 12 was a very exiting round. Your thoughts on this and if anyone knows the FOTY 2003, please share that info wit me.

I haven't seen that fight (Jones/Tarver I), but I've seen the others.

i thought jones won the fight... tarver was only effective when he had jones on the ropes which usually happened for only 30 seconds. jones won 2 mins n 30 secs of the fight in the middle of the ring

Yeah, Tarver only threw when Jones ALLOWED him too, which as everybody knows, was on the ropes. IMO, RJ clearly won that fight, and he ain't done yet, just give him one more championship fight.
