This is nothing new. Witter always calls out Floyd and no one cares but when its Margarito then everyone cares. Go figure. Anyways that fight will never happened unless Witter goes on a long streak and Floyd would kill him anyway. He's not nearly techniqaly sound enough to compete with Floyd. If your always offbalanced and not sound then you will not have a chance against Floyd

Everybody calls out Mayweather. Its easy to call out the best when you know you aren't even on their radar (i.e. Margarito). Just like everyone calls out DLH. They know DLH isn't going to fight them, but they're getting their name in the paper for doing it.
