Just watched DLH-Quartey for 1st time

I got the same score as you. I think Quartey deserved the nod in the De La Hoya fight and the Forrest fight. Two wins that would REALLY help his legacy. I also think he won the Lopez fight. Its sad the way his career has turned out. One of the most underrated fighters if you ask me.

I score it 114-113 for oscar. It was a very close fight that could go either way. I thought oscar pull it out in the 12th.

You can't compare forrest fight with oscar that quartey fight with. Oscar vs quartey is easily the closest fight that could go either way whoever disagree with it is an idiot. Quartey vs forrest is easily a high way robbery. Quartey easily beat forrest.

Yes DLH fight could have gone either way and yes the Forrest fight was an absolute robbery.

Anyway, the last knockdown from Oscar is what sealed the victory..that was Oscars best fight....

It was an extremely close fight and the fact that Quartey was dropped and nearly stopped in the final round, that's enough for me to score it for Oscar. It was a close fight, not the robbery as some suggest

I'm not Oscars biggest fan but he did win that fight.

No way Quartey won that fight. The 12th round Delahoya barrage was enough to convince any judge that Oscar deserved that win.
