One of the biggest problems is Trinidad wanting the fight at 160. That weight is definately too high for Oscar. I don't want to see Trinidad versus De La Hoya, for the simple reason that it will be the last match for both of them. De La Hoya versus someone else like Floyd would be a passing of the torch fight, even if Oscar wins, Floyd would get great exposure.

what a ****ing joke 30 million! for what? he doesnt deserve any kind of payday like that, and he's demanding that the weight to be at 160 and not a pound less, what a crock of ****. talk about pricing yourself out of the fight as well as dictating things into a an almost unrealistc situation. trinidad was beaten into fantasy land in his last fight with winky.

demanding that the fight be at 160lb knowing damn well that oscar is a at a serious disadvantage at that weight. which is fine, but he knows that something like that can make the fight not happen.

trinidad is just entertaining that idea, but he really doesn't want to fight. 30 million thats absurd, especially after his last four fights which have spanded the last four going on five years by the scheduled fight date. losing twice and fighting sub par opposition is not exactly worthy of 30 million if you ask me.
even though DLH fought mayorga too, mayorga was a tune up fight for both, so that equal opponent doesn't help either other than building hype.

whatever, i think this fight is joke and it's obvious it's more about money than it is about settling the score over a highly disputed trinidad win..............

As exciting as a fighter as he is, he has had a great career, but I think hes done.
