The Worcester Telegram reports that WBA junior middleweight champion José Antonio Rivera is going to clash with unbeaten Travis Simms, on Nov. 4 in Phoenix's Chase Field, on the undercard to WBO heavyweight champion Sergei Lyakhovich (23-1-0, 14 knockouts) facing Shannon Briggs (47-4-1, 41 KOs). Also on the card will be IBF junior middleweight champion Cory Spinks (35-3-0, 11) going up against Rodney Jones (37-3-1, 22), and former IBF junior middleweight champ Roman Karmazin (34-2-1, 21), against ex-WBO/WBU champ Daniel Santos (30-3-1, 21). I'm not so sure I'd want to see Spinks-Jones. It's supposed to be a very lopsided fight in favor of Spinks. Am I wrong or hasn't Simms fought in like 2 years? Whats the deal with that? And Liakovich gets no respect from me. The guy barely beat Lamon Brewster who only had one good eye from the middle of the 1st round on. Could end up being a great undercard, but I would have to say its not going to be very good.Comment

Roman Karmazin vs Daniel Santos won't be televised, because Santos was gonna fight him on a untelevised fight on showtime (probaly the other Rivera fight), but Karmazin pulled out to fight Spinks..Comment
