By the time they fought, Norris had seen better days. He lost to Trinidad by KO 1st rd, after that, never heard much of him.

It appears he only lost to top notch guys......I have never heard of him so can't really comment.....he appears to be a fringe contender that could never get over the hump......he has not fought since 98 what makes you bring him up?
