Omar Sheika, back in the days Sheika was considered a great prospect. He was coming off a win over Glen Johnson, but Joe finally found his 96/97 form again that night having recovered from a hand injury that had caused him to struggle in his previous three fights.

He was considered more a puncher than anything else until fragile hands combined with killing himself to make weight caused him to lose power over the years.

I just think he must have naturally fragile hands, that combined with his natural punching power.

omar sheika, now there's an entertaining fighter!

and i wouldnt call that fight with calzaghe a toe-to-toe war. more like a calzaghe-beating-the-hell-out-of-shieka war

i heard that forcing yourself to make the weight. takes fluid out of the brain. and also your vital organs. this **** is dangerous. and maybe calzaghe should move up a weight.
