It's often updated on the right side of the box on the bottom line, which is there constantly. Also, the big Saturday night fights usually show up on the bottom line. Sometimes we'll get highlights on ESPNNews, but often it's just a graphic - I think it often has to do with PPV rights and replays. I remember seeing actual footage of Wlad KOing Byrd, but a lot of times we just get still footage from the PPVs...

I don't consider that great coverage, they have every crap on the bottom line.

It has nothing to do with PPV, they don't have to show us footage of the fights if it's a PPV fight, what people want to see is interviews with fighters after the fight, the press conference etc...They do this only for super big fights, once in a blue moon, but not for every PPV fights, also lets not forget the Wladimir/Bird footage was like the last news on sportscenter, which only lasted for 3 seconds, with no interviews or anything else!

ESPN sportscenter puts boxing last even if they cover some fights, they rather show some high school sports before boxing, but anyway they rarley cover any fights!

I agree wholeheartedly. How many times have we seen some highlight homeruns, interviews with the pitcher, a slam dunk or two or God forbid a man waving a golf club in that same thrilling 'seen it a billion times' style? Yet how many times have you seen a knockout from a tight fight with a name fighter or up and comer? Even the flashiest knockdowns are wholy ignored when just showing that 2 second clip could get a couple of hundred thousand people interested in watching.
Golf is a game (and quite a fun one to play admittedly) but boxing is a SPORT. How can you even begin to compare the drama involved? No offense to the skill that top golfers have but the spectacle of televised golf leaves a lot to be desired.
People are more famous for driving a car round and round in circles (wow beautiful use of the brake pedal there) than for sucking up 30 minutes of agonising punishment and then pulling a punch out of nowhere that turns the tide of a fight.
