I didnt know too much about Emile Griffith until i saw the Ring of Fire on tv.then i read about his fight with Ralph Dupas.I know Griffith is in the Hall of Fame but im wondering if hes a true all-time great or one of those less deserving one?

Yeah and then after looking at his resume seeing the likes of **** Tiger,Nino Benvenuti i suppose he is deserving.

I remeber him losing a bad decision to Echard Dagge for the junior middle title near the end of his career. He should have been a seven time world champ. And he's gay.

I've read article in ESPN I believed like he is a regular in gay club and admitted he likes both ***. Anyways definetely top 40 all time great in my opinion.

Wow never knew that about Emile, is he the only known gay/bi***ual fighter to win a title?

EDIT: I still like him as a fighter, he fought kind of dirty in that last Benvenuti fight, but overall I still like him.
Just wanted to point out that I'm not a gay basher.
