The worst cut I've ever seen was on Alan Minter after losing to Hagler.. but your picture puts the icing on the cake.

Funnily enough, the worst cut I remember from the recent past would have to be the gash under Ross Minter's left eye in his only career loss. If I remember correctly it was like a wide, deep cut, with the layer of tissue bulging out looking as though it was going to burst out, like an exposed mouse under the skin or some ****.

Yeah, I think thats the one......did he have a badly cauliflower ear? By the end of the fight his ear was litterally limp and hanging by the skin of the lower 1/3 of the ear......
