baldy vs mayweather 2 will never ever happen!!!

even its somehow the FOTY, there wont be a rematch. Even if baldy wins or loses closely or controversially.

Mayweather will fight mosley directly after baldy no matter what. and then DLH, and then hatton, and so on and so forth.

no matter what, these two guys will never meet again. baldy has to prove himself, and he's only got one chance to do it

I'd have to disagree, the future for Mayweather isn't set in stone, & if Baldomir can continue to be a factor at WW, & the fight is great &/or contraversial then there's a strong chance a rematch would go down, at least in my opinion.

There is a rematch clause, so if Baldy wins, a rematch will happen. And if he wins, but loses a decision, the rematch will still happen because Mayweather is an ego-maniac and a controversial loss will hurt any future pay-per-view. He had so much heat over the first Castillo fight, he fought him again right away, and he will do the same for everyone else. Also, Mayweather has said more than once that Cory Spinks could be his next fight, which is in Feb.

Yeah, Mayweather has admitted recently to only wanting to fight big name fighters like DLH, Sugar Shane (and some can even argue Hatton). That's also the reason he's ducking Margarito, saying he's not a 'big name', which is *****.

Quite frankly, the only reason he's fighting Baldomir now is because DLH and Mosley turned him down, and Hatton has a fight in January. He's trying to move on to 'bigger and better things.'

why would there ever be a rematch clause? who's ****** idea was that? mayweather "knows" that he isnt gonna lose, so why would u give baldy another chance. it just doesnt make sense to me

especially if u got mosley and DLH fights coming up. without those fights, a rematch would be obvious, and of if it was controversial then mayweather would beg for it, but those fights ARE gonn happen...

If Baldy were to win, why would he need a to give Mayweather a rematch? He is the champion. I could see if Mayweather had the belts and lost them, but if Baldy wins I say he moves on and looks toward other possible matches at welter.
