I do not think Ouma can hurt Taylor. He may force more action but Taylor will walk through him and eventually stopped him in later rounds.

Taylor has decent power, but it's not devastating power. Ouma is durable when he's in shape, so there's a very good chance this goes the distance. If Taylor can't hurt him, there's even a chance that Ouma could win this because of his phenominal work rate making Taylor tired late.
We have already seen that a few times.....against low volume puncher like Hopkis and Wright......you have a good point there.

He lives and dies on his volume punching, but I don't see what he can do to Taylor that Winky didn't do (in a fight that was fairly even).

Ouma may be able to throw more shots than Winky did, but I don't think he'll be as successful minus the jab Winky has, and the defense.

          Ouma is much more hit-able.

It's a solid fight for Taylor regardless, especially coming off the fights agaisnt Winky and Hopkins.

But I don't think Ouma is a live under dog here.

Anyone give him much of a shot?

          Taylor is on another level.

LOL, my sister dates Kassim's brother Farai in West Palm Beach LOL.

I talked to his manager recently and he said they know whats up after the Winky fight. His plan is gonna be to get close and throw the short punches that Winky was effective with. They're hope is that the pace will tire Taylor and they can outpoint him. Its a much tougher fight for Taylor than people think.

He has decent power, but he's not going to put a top-tier fighter out with a single punch. His 4 fights against 3 good middleweights have proven that.

There's a lot of IFs on this one.

If Ouma CAN PUSH Taylor to work hard without getting nailed, taylor might get tired on the later parts and Ouma can sneaked in a suprise.

The best fight for Taylor at the moment.

True but Taylor does have better then "decent" power. He doesn't really have 1 punch KO but he has the kind of power where he has 1 flurry ko power if you know what I mean. If he gets a sequence of 5 clean shots in it'll probably be over. Most of all of his KOs / TKOs have come when hes hit opponents with 5-6 hard crisp shots in a flurry rather then one wound up punch. I personally dont think Ouma has much of a chance though. Youll see a stoppage probably within 8 I think, but Ouma is a good fight no doubt, and mad props to ouma for taking this on. Itll be fun either way.

They aren't really "ifs". With one exception, Ouma has always come into the ring in remarkable condition. Losing a world title to a journeyman taught him an important lesson about that.
Taylor has never hurt a top level fighter, whether it be a built up SMW or a true MW. He has shown some stamina problems. He is there to be hit.

All of these are known factors in this fight. I think Taylor will probaby pull it out, but it's not going to be a cakewalk. He's going to have to come into the ring in the best condition of his life and be prepared to defend against and counter 100+ punches per round, and Taylor is not at his best moving backwards. To win this fight he's going to have to stand his ground against a buzzsaw.
