Police question Harrison
World champion boxer Scott Harrison was on Wednesday held for questioning by police over "a number of incidents".
The 29-year-old featherweight was handcuffed in Glasgow and led away for questioning.
Police said the father-of-two had not been arrested but was being questioned over alleged incidents in South Lanarkshire in July.
Strathclyde Police said: "We can confirm a 29-year-old male has been detained by police following a number of incidents in the Rutherglen and East Kilbride areas in July this year."
The force spokesman said they could hold the boxer, of Cambuslang, Lanarkshire, for six hours.
Harrison has been ordered by the boxing authorities to defend his WBO title against Mexican interim champion Juan Manuel Marquez by November.
