Too true - and how does it work that he always gets saddled with boxing's most incompetant and idiotic and crooked referee, Randy Neumann - Wlad too? They save Neumann special for the white guys or what?

And wtf is going on with boxings' nuttiest nutbag, anyway? The last i heard was he got freakin arrested for kidnapping and sexually ******ing two girls - but that was months ago, and nothing since.

Neumann, by the way, before he became a crooked referee, used to be the perennial New Jersey heavyweight champ contender, along with Chuck Wepner. I used to know Wepner, sort of.

Minnesota has no boxing commission and therefor ESPN will not televise fights from there anymore.
Actually, they now DO have a boxing commission, and ESPN has televised fights there since. Scott LeDoux is the commissioner there, which I think is a good thing.

I can't believe JCC vs Meldrick Taylor isn't on anyone's list. It didn't go to the judges but this topic was open to any robberies.

Taylor got robbed by Steele and I will never forgive Steele for that. That night Taylor was robbed of his health and his victory. Never being able to compete as he once did he should've been able to look back on his career and say that he gave the great JCC.

I thought Breland - Starling 2 was a clear cut Starling win but they scored it a draw.

I thought Hagler beat Antuofermo the first fight 10 rounds to 5; it was officially scored a draw.

I thought Larios beat Jorin in the first fight; but Jorin got the decision. Larios knocked him out in the first round in the rematch.

Jose Luis Castillo vs Julio Alvarez. Through the first 5 rounds, Alvarez was slightly ahead but Castillo dominated rounds 6-9. They stop the fight before the 10th round starts because Alvarez is cut up from Castillo working him over the last 4 rounds and Castillo thinks he has won. He's raising his arms. All of a sudden they award the fight to Alvarez when Castillo should have got the TKO.

DLH-Mosely II - even Shane looked shocked at that decision.

Hagler-Antofuermo I - a draw that was effectively a defeat for Hagler in a fight he dominated; even Vito said afterward that Hagler won the fight.

DLH -Trinidad - Ever notice how the debate in this one always centers around what Oscar did or didn't do ... never around what Trinidad did (which was pretty much nothing).

DLH-Sturm - In a reversal, Oscar gets a gift that he did not deserve so that the fight with B-Hop could be preserved. Oscar's liver regrets it now.

Holmes-Spinks II - the first one was close, but I can see Michael winning that one. Not the rematch though.

Hearns-Leonard II - A draw, but even Ray later said that he and Tommy were one and one against each other.

Hopkins-Taylor I and II - HBO purchased these decisions so that they could move 40 year old B-Hop off the stage and make room for their new 'superstar'. Jermaine may yet become that, but he's going to have to beat a good fighter convincingly, without everybody bending over backwards to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Ruiz against damn near anybody he won a decision over ...

Honorable mention to Ruiz vs. James "Big ****" Toney. Toney was rightfully given the decision, but it's extremely diffucult for me to believe, especially with that flabby body of his that he was juicing himself with roids beforehand ... I smell Don King being involved with that piss test.
