  • Darchinyan Planning To Move Up

According to The Australian, IBF/IBO flyweight champion Vic Darchinyan plans to move up in weight after his October 7 bout with Glenn Donaire in Las Vegas. The only way Darchinyan will stay at flyweight is if one of the other champions meets him in a unification bout. [details]

nobody wants to fight him no more at the class so i guess he's planning to find the most challengable opponent out there.. IMO he should first fight Jorge Arce

Arce moved up now he moved up. Yet, i don't see him mention Arces name, which is looks like he following him, so why not make it offical and call him out? I don't get it. Some people here belive Arce is scared of him yet he doesn't call out Arce making the public and media call for this fight.

he has called him out many times..........he even said if arce moves up, i'll move up too............darchinyan is a world champ, a very proud world champ, ..his life is not dedicated to fighting arce, so he will not have it printed on one of those airplane advertisements !

The flyweight champs are crap. They are afraid of Vics power and do not want to unify. This is BS and is a reason why I do not respect any of the Flys with the exception of Parra a little. Arce is a ***** as well as pong wong and Omar Narvaez. These guys fight for the money and do not want to risk losing their belts.

You don't see him mention Arce and make it official?

Well you've probably been watching cartoons and not boxing ****head. He called out Arce twice on live television and twice in a press release. Vic even said he is willing to go up in weight just to fight him, now what the **** are you talking about?

Dumb as you are, you're again trying to cover up the facts believing that some idiots will come to your rescue.

Wait for your lover "xcarriot the idiot" he'll be here very soon.

Props to Vic for making that decission. It's logical.

If the other title holders doesn't want to fight him, then he should move on and seek greater heights in his career instead of wasting time crying in one corner.

Maybe now Arce won't have a reason not to fight him since he is scheduled to fight Makepula for the WBC superfly eliminator on Sept 23. They'll be at the same division again and there won't be any reason for this fight not to happen anymore.

When it comes to Vic, Arce's balls shrink. Does anyone know why?
