Why did Barrera rematch Rocky so fast and not Manny?

maybe the win wasnt as convincing as he would likely to be.. but IMO rocky won the fight i judge it for the big bolws he landed cleanly in barrera's face..

I've lost much respect for Barrera, it's been WAY too long.
Look at Morales, he got KTFO and he rematches Pacquiao right away!

Yea that is 3 years ago. Barrera i believe had like a long layoff after his lost to pac so i don't know if the rematch claus if barrera has it in the first pac fight is still there. But barrera has stated that he's ready willing and able to fight pac again but like he said it pac has to fight morales first cause moralas has that rematch claus. Barrera did the right thing by fighting rocky again cause the first fight was indeed a great great fight and a way close fight and the way it ended it has to be a rematch. Barrera will fight pac again in 2007 if pac and barrera win in there seperate fights.

The point was Barrera rematch Juarez right away which he never even dared after Pac obliterate him and MAB should have not made those excuses if he does not have the guts to back it up. So the bottomline, he was scared ****less of PAc but he has the confidence to rematch Juarez.

Perhaps it's because Barrera does indeed believe he can beat Rocky more convincing? Or is it because he knows Manny has his number and it's not worth it to go in for another beating? There was talk after the Rocky fight that Barrera wasn't 100% and that the mouthpiece really gave him troubles throughout the entire fight. I guess Marco really believes these reasons and is why he took the rematch so fast without question. This makes me question though if he really ever wants to rematch Manny when all he ever did if you think about it was lay down excuses of why he lost to Manny though never took or attempted a rematch.
